Extraction speed determines how much of your property survives a water loss. Our Water Extraction crews arrive with truck-mount units built to pull water fast, not just a shop-vac and a hope.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
None of these standards are unique to us in theory, but they're worth confirming before you let anyone start water extraction work on your property.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
Every extraction job closes with moisture readings, not a visual guess at dryness.
Crews staged near Cerrillos mean less drive time between your call and equipment on-site.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Laminate and engineered flooring get a gentler extraction approach to avoid further delamination.
We weigh carpet before and after extraction on larger jobs to confirm moisture removal.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
A technician assesses the scope on-site and provides a written flat-rate quote before any work begins.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.

Nathaniel W., Cerrillos"Extraction from our finished basement was fast and they explained the slab-specific approach."
Bianca H., Cerrillos"They extracted water from our upholstered furniture instead of just writing it off as a loss."
Corinne W., Cerrillos"Extraction from a tricky corner behind built-in cabinetry was handled without damaging the cabinets themselves."
Julian V., CerrillosIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 87010, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Cerrillos address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
